Moving and grooving

Milo, Blakely, & I spent a few days last week out of town doing some renovations on a property owned by his boss. Blake & I went along for the ride to just get away and try to help with the repairs. As soon as we made the 1.5 hour drive to Dennison we let Blakely loose on the carpet at the home. We don't have any carpet in our home so Blakely went crazy when we let her down on the carpet at this house. She started to roll around (which she never does) and even tried to scoot across the floor. When we lay her down it looks like she is trying to swim. She pushes her legs back 90mph, and her arms start flapping. I can tell she really wants to be on the move, she just cant figure out how to make it happen yet.

Blakely's signature pose... BIG EYED! :)

Blakely has started to take a liking to her 'my first doll' toy. I'm so proud! We get such a kick out of watching her with her doll. For some reason she only likes to hold her upside down. :)

Also, on the car ride we figured out Blakely likes to sing!!! Seriously! When we had the music up she would talk and talk in the back. As soon as we would turn the music off she would start grunting. She did this about 17 times. We thought it was the funniest thing. I'm hoping it wasn't just a coincidence. ;)
