Weigh In

Well, the moment of truth on the scale came this morning. I lost 4.6 pounds my first week. I was pleased with this, but the more I sit and think about it I'm starting to beat myself up that it could have been more.

I only worked out 1 1/2 times this week... although I plan to get another workout in today. (I say 1/2 because a workout got cut short this week) I did use ZERO cheat eats this week. Last night when everyone else was eating sonic, I had a grilled chicken sandwhich on wheat bread. I was supposed to drink about 4 bottles of water a day.... that usually ended up being about 2 bottles for me. The things I need to work on for week 2 are workouts and drinking more water.

1 week down, 5 to go in the challenge.

Awesome !! Good job !! Keep up the good work. I have trouble getting all of my water in, but sometimes I just chug it down. :)

That is amazing Karen!! I'm so proud of you! I agree with Kristi--don't work about the shoulda, coulda, woulda's lol! Your results are wonderful.
